India, China lash out at each other as talks reach bitter deadlock

NEW DELHI: There was no breakthrough in the 13th round of corps commander-level talks between India and China on the 17-month-long military confrontation in eastern Ladakh, with New Delhi blaming Beijing for not being “agreeable to its constructive suggestions” and failing to provide any forward-looking proposals.
