Licious becomes India’s first D2C unicorn after raising $52 million

Licious cofounders Direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform Licious on Tuesday, October 5 said it has raised $52 million to become India’s first D2C unicorn. The fresh animal protein brand achieved a $1 billion valuation after receiving funding in Series G round led by IIFL AMC’s ‘Late-Stage Tech Fund’. Avendus FLF (Future Leaders Fund) has also invested in this round.
