Covid-19 Cases Rise in Spain Among Young, Unvaccinated Population

Covid-19 cases in Spain rose sharply on the week ending July 2 as the virus spread quickly among young and unvaccinated people following the easing of restrictions. Spain registered 134 new Covid-19 infections per 100,000 inhabitants on average over the past 14 days, up from 93 one week ago, according to Health Ministry data released Thursday.
